What is the warranty period of the CNC machine? What does the warranty scope include?
All CNC machines of our company have a unified warranty period of 12 months, calculated from the date of qualified equipment acceptance. The warranty period of core components (servo motor, CNC system, ball screw, linear guide, spindle) is extended to 18 months, which is far higher than the industry average standard. The warranty scope includes: fault maintenance caused by the equipment's own quality problems, free replacement of core components (non-man-made damage), free on-site commissioning and maintenance guidance during the warranty period, and free technical consultation. It should be specially noted that man-made operation errors, illegal modification, force majeure (such as earthquake, flood), consumption of consumables (tools, guide rail oil, cutting fluid) and other situations are not within the warranty scope, and we can provide paid maintenance services. -
What installation, commissioning and training services will your company provide after equipment delivery?
After equipment delivery, we provide full-process landing services: 1. Installation and commissioning: Professional engineers will visit the site to complete equipment installation, level calibration, circuit connection and system commissioning according to the customer's workshop layout, power supply, air source and other on-site conditions, ensuring that the equipment meets the designed processing accuracy, and sign the acceptance form after qualified commissioning; 2. Technical training: Hierarchical training is carried out for operators and maintenance personnel, including equipment operation specifications, daily maintenance skills, common fault diagnosis, CNC system operation and programming. The training duration is not less than 3 days to ensure that relevant personnel can operate the equipment independently; 3. Follow-up support: Provide written training materials after training, and arrange engineers to conduct on-site retraining or remote guidance according to customer needs to solve problems in actual operation. -
What matters should be paid attention to in the daily maintenance of CNC machines? How to extend the service life of the equipment?
There are 5 core points for daily maintenance: ① Lubrication maintenance: Check the lubrication of guide rails and ball screws daily, add special grease/lubricating oil regularly to avoid component wear caused by dry friction; ② Cleaning maintenance: Clean the iron chips and cutting fluid residues on the workbench, turret and spindle taper hole daily, and clean the CNC system control panel and cooling fan weekly to prevent dust accumulation from affecting equipment operation; ③ Power supply and environment: Ensure that the equipment is connected to stable 380V three-phase electricity to avoid voltage fluctuation. The workshop should be dry and ventilated, and the temperature should be controlled at 15-30℃ to avoid the impact of humidity, high temperature and dust on the equipment; ④ Tool management: Regularly check the tool wear, replace the tool in time to avoid workpiece scrap or equipment failure caused by tool damage; ⑤ Regular inspection: Detect the equipment positioning accuracy and spindle speed monthly, and conduct a comprehensive inspection every six months to find and handle potential problems in time.
